Hidden Gem Property Guide

Ensure ALL doors are closed behind you. Please be mindful of doors slamming (especially the Parisian Room).

  • Doors: Keep the note about the Parisian Room, it’s a great personal touch.

  • Adults Only: Keep as is ($25 USD for extra visitors).

  • Quiet Hours: UPDATE to 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM (This is the standard luxury hotel window she mentioned).

  • No Smoking: Keep as is (Mention the $250 fee).

  • Shoes & Sand: Keep as is (Very important for island properties!).

  • Kitchen Access: Keep as is.

Pool Rules: Please use the plastic cups provided by the pool—no glass is allowed. Wash off oils and lotions before entering the pool , and please lay on a towel on the lounge chairs to prevent discoloration.

Spa Services: Enjoy relaxing massages and facials by the pool, in the gazebo, on the balcony, or in your room. Let us know to arrange an appointment!.

Personal Laundry: Place clothes in the hamper outside your door. The cost is $20 USD per wash and dry load.

Drinks & Bar: Feel free to take beer, soda, wine, or water from the outdoor refrigerator. Please write it down on the pad on the counter, and we will tally it before checkout.

  • Pool Hours: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM.

  • Glassware: Please use the designated plastic glassware provided in your suite when enjoying drinks by the pool. No glass is allowed on the pool deck.

  • Gym: Open 24/7. Please wipe down equipment after use.

  • Housekeeping: Suites are serviced daily. Place the “Do Not Disturb” sign on your door if you prefer privacy.

 

Air Conditioning: Rooms feature automated Sensibo A/C units set to 23°C (73°F). Please DO NOT tamper with them. Conserve energy by turning them off when leaving the room.

Television: Smart TVs feature Apple TV, Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime. Log into your personal account, but don’t forget to log out before you leave!.

Water & Coffee: Tap water is filtered and safe to drink. A coffee machine, tea kettle, mugs, and spoons are provided in your room.

Towels & Linens: Hang wet pool towels on the outdoor rack. Please avoid sitting on furniture or sleeping on sheets with suntan lotion, as soiled linens will incur a $25 replacement fee.

  • Air Conditioning: To help us stay sustainable, please ensure AC and lights are turned off when you leave your suite.

  • Television: Briefly mention how to use the Smart TV/Remotes if applicable.

 

Door Codes: The main gate code is 1952#. The front door house code is 3033. For your security, the door locks after 10:00 AM, but you can re-enter anytime using code 3033 or your key fob. Ensure the gate is fully secured when coming and going, especially at night.

Check-In / Check-Out: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and Check-out is at 11:30 AM. Late checkouts between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM may incur a $50 USD fee.

Medical & Emergency: > • Police: 211 | Ambulance: 511 | Fire: 311. • First aid kits and fire extinguishers are located at the top right of the stairs, in the kitchen, and in the laundry room

  • Main Entrance Gate: Locked at 10:00 PM nightly. Please ensure you have your key/fob for entry after this time. (CRITICAL UPDATE)

  • Security: The property is monitored 24/7 for your safety.
