Upon arrival of your aircraft, one of our concierge team members will meet you at the bottom of the aircraft, holding a personalised name sign. You will then be transported to our Pelican Luxury Suite where you will be processed by our private Customs and Immigration officials and where you will relax and wait until your baggage has been collected. When your bags have been brought to the Jet Centre, they will be processed by Customs and then loaded into your awaiting transportation.

What Will Be Needed for Your Arrival Service –
• Arrival flight details (Date of travel/ Which Airline/ Flight Arrival time/Class of Travel)
• Name of passengers booking the Pelican Suite Luxury experience. (Adult/Child/Infant)
• How many persons interested to book our service
• Clear pictures of checked luggage (for arriving passengers only)
• Copies of Customs and Immigration forms by completing your travel documents 72 hours prior to your arrival date via https://travelform.gov.bb
• The accommodation for the passengers as well as contact information for their driver

British Airlines, JetBlue, Air Canada, American Airlines – When you arrive at the Jet Centre, you will be processed by security officials and escorted to the departure lounge. Your passport checked bags and any other additional required travel documents will be taken to the counter by one of our agents and the check-in process completed. These items will be returned to you with your baggage stubs at the lounge where you will be relaxing until it is time for boarding.

Caribbean Airlines, Copa Airlines, United Airlines, Aer Lingus, Delta Airlines –* The above airlines require that all departing passengers must go to the counter to check in directly. Thus, one of our agents will meet you at the counter to assist in the check-in process and facilitate your transportation to the Jet Centre, where you will be processed by security and escorted to the lounge to relax until it is time for boarding.

Virgin Atlantic Airlines – You will come directly to the Jet Centre for your departure, where you will be screened by Security and then escorted to the lounge. However, a Virgin Atlantic Agent will be waiting here at the Jet Centre to complete a live check-in, tag your bags, hand over your boarding pass and verify your identity. They will then communicate the time of boarding and the status of the flight to you before they depart and escort your bags to the counter to complete the bag drop.

Boarding: When it is time for boarding, we will escort you to the Gate so that you can board the aircraft and if it is permitted* we will then drive you over to the steps of the aircraft to board. (Note: United Airlines and Delta Airlines request that passengers be screened by their security personnel before they can board the aircraft).

What Will Be Needed for Your Departure Service –
• Departure flight details (Date of travel/ Which Airline/ Flight Departure time/Class of Travel)
• Name of passengers booking the Pelican Suite Luxury experience. (Adult/Child/Infant)
• How many persons interested to book our service
• Passport information for pre-check in (48 hours in advance). Please provide a clear copy of your passport biodata page or the following information from your passport: your name as it appears on your passport, nationality, sex as it appears on your passport, date of issue and expiry country of issue, and passport number. (N.B. If you are required to travel with a VISA, ESTA , Permanent / Green Card or Student Resident Card please provide a copy of it for the pre-check as well).
• How many pieces of luggage to be checked-in
• Transportation details – Taxi driver name/license plate number/ contact number
• Pick up time from their accommodation

Costs: • Arrivals Service: $250USD per adult | $200USD per child (2 – 12yrs) | Infants are complimentary • Departures Service: $200USD per adult | $100USD per child (2 – 12yrs) | Infants are complimentary

Cancellation Policy: Same-day cancellations will incur a fee of fifty percent (50%) of the applicable rates.

Payment: Payment can be made via a wire or bank transfer, payment link (we are in the process of setting up) or credit card authorisation form.
